plot twist: the bot actually made that for you
Here lies that guy's hopes and dreams
you are actually the bae OP <3
I remember seeing something similar in which it was an unusual gifted from someone and the description said how they would cherish it forever.
I saw it on the Steam market.
I feel obliged to go on Backpack.tf and find the dude in the history of it. I'm so bloody intrigued by this
I've bought a Professional Killstreak Hitman's Heatmaker with the name "To my very first Steam friend" and description, "10/11/11, Thank you <3"
Not as depressing, but yakno-
Oooohhh that hurts. Like a lot. I wonder what the complete story behind that is.
Just realized the description said "Love you baby girl, you and me forever." Well apparently she didn't think so.
Well, now I have to go rename all my weapons to really unsettling things.
I wouldn't want to be called "bae" either.
Shoulda given her a festive quick fix. Everybody knows girlfriends only play pocket medic.
Did you remove the name and description tag? I wouldn't.
Saw something similar.
"Happy birthday bro" on steam market.
It was a garbage unusual, but come on. Have some decency.
Aww I feel bad for this dude.
I used to have an Axtinguisher that my ex-boyfriend named the "Choppa Choppa Burnin' Love".
I sold it. :|
Alright I don't mean to "ruin" a shitpost, but I was one of those losers who'd name something in their inventory after their girlfriend. It was my Festive Smalltown Bringdown, I got that thing close to Hale's Own in a year, it was all I used, but here we are in the new year, alone. I haven't opened TF2 since we broke up, it's my own fault, but to think all that time gone... hurts. I know I could easily, just wipe it, but I can't bring myself to it.
Oh boy. This brings back memories of my ex I had met over TF2..
Me and her were extremely close for a while, even to the point where I was going to plan a trip to meet her, but after the initial closeness, she kept begging me for items. I stupidly gave her a few little gifts that all ended up being sold off, with her claiming that her account information was "stolen" and they were all sold on the Market, which is a blatant lie. I had even sent her a small Pyro figure in the mail as a Valentine's Day gift.
The last straw was when I had given her a gift on her birthday, a 60 Key Halloween Unusual.
She wanted to sell it off immedately for an Aussie Medi-Gun. I offered to sell it for her, so she gave it back to me.
Three days later, she blocked and removed me.I still have the thing in my inventory to this day and wear it regardless of the memories. It's a Ghastly Ghosts Jr. Conjuror's Cowl.
And I have a friend offering $180 for it as well lol
Bae or Bæ means "shit" in Danish.
Keep it OP, at least give that beautiful weapon a good home.
I wouldn't. keeping it so i can pretend I'm still with my ex.
Non-depressing interpretation! They're now engaged, so the original owner sold off their steam inventory to pay for the wedding!
I bought a ring for a girl, she got mad in a fight with me and deleted it.. I still have mine tho
"I love you so much my girl. You and me forever <3"
that description can be either one of two ways. he's talking about his girlfriend, but the wording makes me think he's talking about the HUNTSMAN.
Plot twist not so twisty: His "Bae" was a dude and 'dropped him' the minute he got some phatz.
She saw him using the word bae and broke up with him selling the bow the same day. A tragic story.
Though, the next owner is, apparently, male http://steamcommunity.com/id/flamexi/ I think a lot of oldschool players think unusuals are uggo.
That's what you get when you propose with a virtual weapon
If they broke up, maybe they would have stayed together longer if he didn't buy her a named bow with lights stung around it in a 9 year old game
Well, now I have to go on Backpack.tf and find the dude in the sea. lol.
I love you forever tentatively while our relationship lasts and the cybering doesn't get awkward.
At least it wasn't that stupid ring.
Aw man, that sucks :(
Depressing? That's some teen's promise. Even he's laughing hard at this.
How romantic, a digital bow...
Hey it's me, your bae
Plot twist: Actually a RWBY reference made by a butthurt Pyrrha lover.
I'm a bot, bleep, bloop. Someone has linked to this thread from another place on reddit:

Man, it's buying for 4 keys 10 ref.
Clearly it was not Cupid's bow.
Maybe next time he'll actually spend a little more than $25 on the love of his life - or at least take the time to write something a little more romantic. That description reads like something someone would scribble on a love note to their girlfriend in middle school.
Best part of this is, he probably sent it to a sweaty 40 year old man in his basement who was posing as a teen gamer for free items.
