Looks amazing, are you willing to share the recipe?
cross section picture please unless it's too late...
What is this?
because a potato soup is not the same as my dad's soup (or a soup made by my dad) and that's another episode of fun with Spanish!
it looks delicious.
you can never put to much scallions in the soup. I know if may be too Vinnie of me but there's no such thing as too much scallions.
I'm so dumb. I read this as Caldo de Papá, and here I'm thinking, "Wow, your dad is so lucky he gets to have this for dinner."
Looks bomb. Recipe?
That looks amazing.
This is stunning!
(And happy birthday!)
Beautiful glaze as well!
4th wedge goes to the kitchen staff.
Okay, total newb here: I understand what makes a red velvet cake red velvet (the addition of an acid like and/or buttermilk that gives it s signature texture and red color from it's interaction with the cacao) but how does this process work for other "red velvet" confections? Do they also rely on the buttermilk reaction or is it just an red dye excuse to put cream cheese frosting on everything? Because don't get me wrong, I will take any reason to put cream cheese frosting on something.
Needs more frosting!
I agree, a very big missed steak.
90 minutes sous-vide with oil, thyme, and parsley. Finished in a cast iron pan with garlic and butter, then on bbq for grill marks.
Boooooooooooo (top tier dad joke). Take my upvote
I see what you did there.
McSteaks will never exist
I laughed so hard
If there's any justice in the world, this hits the front page.

Looks good, I make mine with the large eggs and big cuts of pork belly
Oh hey, my mother in law makes this all the time but I never looked into the origins. Glad to know this is a thing for others too. It's delicious!
You had me drooling on title alone
That looks incredible.
Hot smoked, I assume? Any details you’re willing to share?
You're making my microwaved Ginsters pasty seem more and more disappointing by the second.
Great job keeping that temp low, not a bit of fat extruded from the meat. Look beautiful and perfectly done. Nice job!
Seriously, this should be the only picture on your Tinder profile
Browsing r/food at 1:30am while having nothing in the fridge and no non-stop shops nearby is torture. But I bring this upon myself willingly. I deserve this.
Salmon Candy! Can be ate hot or cold. Amazing job my friend. Hats off.
Isn’t it a bit risky smoking all these different shapes and sizes for the same amount of time? Uneven smoking
Mmm, ocean candy

Wow the shine on that. Gorgeous smoked salmon.

That sounds great, but I dont have a smoker would the marinade work is the fish was cooked in a pan or oven? Or does this really only work for smoking?
Damn you have a HUGE family!
Ah I love this stuff so much. I hardly make it any more because it's not popular at parties. :-/
I can feel the back of my throat closing as I look at that delicious salmon.
I like the small portion size. Like you should be able to eat in 2 bites.
I've never had it but it sure looks good!!
Looks good. I wished I liked salmon but as a kid ate so much homemade smoked salmon on saltines and well with a jar of pickled pigs feet. Go figure
For someone with 35 kids you certainly eat very well.
I don’t even know what that tastes like, but I can taste it
u/StoogiesSama idk but salmon
what kind of salmon? fresh/frozen?
That looks absolutely amazing! When I was a kid, smoked salmon was better than candy and still is!
Will you marry me? Please bring the salmon to the ceremony. Never mind my husband, he doesn’t like salmon.
I think I made that in Skyrim once
Can I have some?
Oh fuck me running
This is why I stay subbed. That looks delicious.
Art you can eat
Are these sockeye? Are you selling these? Cuz they look delish and I would buy some.
Hmmm... maple glazed salmon sounds amazing. How about a little applewood bacon on top.
Wasn't a big fan of fish until recently... grilled some steelhead and salmon with salt and pepper and parsley. HOT DAMN it was good.
Maple anything ruins a dish, change my mind.
Can I live with you?
looks good, I'd eat it, did you throw in some potatoes too? they go well with chickpeas but I guess it can be a bit carb heavy with rice and bread
What are the ingredients? I recognize the chick peas and rice but what is the protein?
