    Japanese are some aright folks. When I lived in Cambodia, they'd always be updating the city sewers (flooding rainy season) and building bridges and roads for free since the government is too corrupt to get shit done.

    Japanese rescue teams are taught to pay respects to every body they find as part of their job. This should be a part of all rescue training in my opinion
