Welcome to competitive gaming. If it's on the screen, it's gettin' seen
That top one though
When both players (or all players) can see each others screens it's a wash

I never understood the no screen watching rule. What the fuck else am I supposed to look at, a TV is only so big
I never understood how "screen peeking" was cheating anyways. Like, it isn't my fault that my field of vision includes the entire T.V.
Hmm. Always make sure to lace your guests drinks with LSD, guarantee victory
It was a deliberate design decision. That's why the sectors are different colors. I bet lots of feedback requested that in order to maintain pace, combat camping, and decrease the gap between players who are new to the map and those familiar with it.
We have a MAP on screen these days.
The unspeakable truth has been spoken
Yeah... those kids yelling about screen peeking were always Johns. It's just what you do!
Its not cheating if all involved parties are doing it. - nintendo
There are two types of people who play split screen competitive games in this world, those who screen peek, and those who lie.
Super Mario Kart encourages the most efficient tactics FTFY
I'll always laugh in the face of anyone who has a problem with screen watching. If I can see it, I can see it. Why would I pretend not to just because you aren't as perceptive as me?
It's like looking at your opponent's controller when doing a shootout in Blades of Steel.
Cross post to r/Astros ?
It's an open resource. Anyone can use it.
Back then, it would have been a legit strategy. There's a reason those expensive TVs with the glasses exist today.
The maps were actually designed with that in mind. The fort one is different colors per fort so you can find where each player is.
Were me and my friends the only ones who called this rubber-knecking?
Screen peeking in Goldeneye wasn't half the advantage playing as Oddjob was. Now that little fella was an unfair advantage.
Lmao reminds me how I'd always hide in the vent and look at the wall in Goldeneye or Perfect Dark to conceal my position from friends, wait for them to get close, pop out, then toss a remote mine at those suckers.
There's a thing in the Booklet for Lego Star Wars 2 where yoda says something like,"condone cheating, I do not. But powerful cheat codes on -website-, can be found"
We called it screen cheating in my day
Me and my friends had a golden rule for halo split screen, if you get caught screen peaking everyone gets to punch you. Screen peaking is cheating needless to say.
Wait, what? Since when is looking at the other person’s screen cheating? First I’ve heard of this.
I grew up playing basketball...
"See man...see ball..."
Always need to split your vision.
My split screen was Golden Eye or Twisted Metal 2 in the dorms in 96.
You can't stop me from looking.
There are two types of gamers, those that look at their opponent's screen, and those that lie about doing it.
There are 2 types of gamers,
Those who screen peek
And those who lie
Goldeneye screen watching was an issue since the guy who owned the game knew the complex map perfectly, while the friends barely knew where the good guns were. That guy is an asshole. Mario Kart is simple, fun, and silly and the maps only need a glance to get oriented.
Competitive gaming before competitive gaming was a thing.
It's the basis of the game Screencheat. Nintendo were just ahead of their time.
Well, I does say that, but not for racing, but for battle mode
back in the day, I use to work with AV junk and use to have tourneys using a video wall processor, This thing was able to route each quadrant of input image to its own display.
STOP SCREEN PEAKING
Everybody screen looks. And then they pretend they don't to act like they're at a disadvantage if they lose.
My brother always peaked, no matter what. If you can't beat em, join em
How to win in Kahoot as well
This til should be removed
C’mon guys screen peeking takes SKILL do you think an average gamer could look at two screens at once
Ah yes, the days of screen cheating. Times were simple then.
Unless you take extreme precautions, you're always going to see some of what they're doing. Playing opposite teams on split-screen Call of Duty for instance just doesn't work. You know when you're in the same building at the very least.
I remember back in the Halo 2 split screen days I thought up a method to stop my brother from screen watching me. I had an RF adapter for my original Xbox and I used a coaxial cable splitter to send the signal to two different TVs. I then used a piece of cardboard to cover the top screen on his TV and the bottom on my TV. Worked wonders.
Screen peeking is supposed to be done. Why else would they color code the different parts of the map?
My brother and I would always separate our halves with a sheet.
Honestly, I’ve gotta watch out for my own screen to even pay attention to someone else’s panel. Gotta watch out for turtles and bananas.
You mean that your eye has never looked at the other side of the screen?
Perfectly legitimate tactic.
This is how I win every game of Mario kart I ever play
People commenting say they always do this, ya'll a bunch of liars actin' like you weren't watching the other person's screen because you thought it was you.
Those who advocate against screen watching do so because they don't have the capability to do so themselves.
Used to play multiplayer Goldeneye running around looking at the floor/wall to keep people from knowing where I was.
God I hate having to keep track of the other screens to stay competitive.
Get screen watch’d hoe
I have no problem with this. Everyone is on a level playing field. And it's hard to keep an eye on two racers at one time. So if you make a choice to try and track two screens, you sacrifice your own race to try and mess with another racer.
Houston Astros exit the chat.
It was only until modern internet sites like Reddit that I ever heard this was looked down upon. Just was part of the games when we were kids.
I remember a friend who would complain about others looking at his screen because he was "hiding."
No you weren't. Your screen is right there. You wanna hide go play a a shooter on the PC. This is local splitscreen console gaming, alter your expectations.
How is this a despicable tactic? A majority of the weapons you get are only effective if you know exactly when to use it, and knowing when to use it is knowing where your opponent is and what they are doing. An example of this is the Boo weapon. Stealing a star or a blue shell from an opponent is a huge tactical advantage. Or using the Thunderbolt right before your opponent goes up a ramp. Having the weapons be random when picking them up balances all of this out.
TLDR: learn how to play mario kart
That's how I used to beat my cousin on every single time. Whenever he fired a red shell projectile I used a power up to jump (don't remember which one) just in time. He thought I was a god at gaming.
Nintendo just belives in realpolitik, they know your opponent will look at your screen so they make sure you do the same, thank you Nintendo.
Halo split screen multiplayer all over again
How To Win
Yup, they're not wrong
Remember the days when you’d get halfway through the race only to find out you’d been watching your sibling’s half of the screen instead of yours?
Things I learned from Mario Kart:1. Multitasking (screen watching)2. Logistics (delivering some whoop ass)3. Time Management (when to whip out an item before getting hit)
Typed this in a hurry on mobile. Feel free to add to this list
You God damn screen looker!!
Always the best way to win in Golden Eye
Straights facts hammie
You mean war crimes
Back in the day, I went to a halo LAN party where they had 4 TV set up and each TV had 3/4 of the screen papered over so you could only see your part.
If you're playing on the same screen it's not screen peeking.
never look at ur opponents character in smash, its cheating
"No screenpeeking" is a gentleman's rule that everyone agrees to while also totally violating that rule just enough to where your friends can't prove you were peeking..
N-n-no MARIO WOULD NEVER DO THAT
Reminds me of how certain movie/TV actors had no idea that "spoiler culture" was a thing. They were baffled that there was this whole 'spoiler' thing on the internet. Sometimes, the fans develop a part of culture that the developers didn't expect or intend.
The amount of self admitted screen peepers in this thread is staggering. Shameful, the lot of you
Little Brothers unite
super mario kart encourages war crimes
Fixed that for you
Fucking Screen Gazers!
Makes sense given the Japanese propensity for committing war crimes.
I had sooo many fights with friends on GoldenEye multiplayer
Lol you tried? Nah bro you Did.
Is this available for download? This looks amazing!
Whooaaa! This is awesome! You should share in r/cyberpunk if you haven't already.
How'd you achieve the focus blur effect in game?
Yo wtf, I don't even play minecraft, and I know this must have taken ages. You have such a good eye for this kind of thing!!
And I can barely make a decent looking house
How long did this take? It’s amazing btw
me thinking that "XOXO" will be a sign for a cyberpunk brothel in the future.
I'd say you succeeded.
You did a great job!
Tried? You nailed it.
I read slimes instead of slums...spent a lot longer looking for them then I'd like to admit.
This is fucking dope, though.
I started learning blender, thinking I won't need Minecraft if I could learn how to model. I got a long way to go...
Edit: meaning this looks amazing
Giving me some Ready Player One vibes, looks awesome!
Dude I legit had to zoom in just to be sure it was actually Minecraft great job
This is incredible, nice work. Was it made on a super flat creative world? Would be cool to see a zoomed out picture of the build from afar.
That's quite something
That's ridiculously impressive. Thought this was a screen from the game
This is amazing my fellow gamer
That is amazing.
Ok this le epic
This is seriously so cool. Awesome job!
I wish I could just try things and be this successful at it.
“Tried”... this is awesome <3
That's pretty cool! 😃
You appear to have been wildly successful.
You're really talented, I wish you the best.
Best Minecraft build I've ever seen, very impressive.
Neo de Janeiro
I can already hear Vangelis playing over the sound of soft rain. Very much Blade Runner Blues
Seriously good. At first glance I was convinced it was a Bladerunner screen shot.
How is that even possible?
Damn brouv, amazing work. How long did you take to make this?
This sure looks good, I would live in there tbh
Damn looks pretty good
How the heck tho
...and you succeeded.
Post that in the minecraft sub reddit as well
fuck you man
thats so good
but fuck you
you call this a slum this a city now
How the hell did you do that 😂! I've been working on my world for months and it looks like shit compared to this
Imagine all of the hostel mobs walking around.
This is amazing
"Tried" to make "some" cyberpunk slums in Minecraft
I didn't even realize that was Minecraft. but dam that looks good
That's sexy as shit
Dang. I need to see a block in this to know just how big it is...
Holy cow this is awesome
Cyberpunk2077 ia looking dope
this looks awesome! How many hours did it take?
This is fantastic. My only recommendation is that you need a bit more variety in building materials. Your use of bokeh helps convey scale, but the uniformity of gray flattens the image a little. If there was a stronger color gradient, the city might seem even more huge.
That looks so awesome. But I wonder how bad the lag is
Freehand? Or was there something you used as a reference?
wake the fuck up samurai! we've got a city to grief
That’s amazing! How long did it take?
How long did that take you?
Gives me ready player one vibes
This is Minecraft? I don't get it from this perspective, and I have no reference for size, can you show a screenshot of the world? and you walking around? that would be extremely cool. Also how did you render this? It looks like something out of Blender Cycles.
It doesn't look like THIS in game. It has been rendered in Blender with post processing effects like blur etc.
Would you share a comaprison SS?
Dude thats good work, any download link?
Been meaning to do something like this. Very nice.
Insert poor man's gold here
Wow, this looks great! Is there any video that shows this off a bit more?
I'm gonna need a video tour.
It looks like it was made in magica voxel
Would like to see how that looks without the rendering. Cool pic though, always wanted to try building that too
How long did this take to make? The more I zoom in the more details I'm witnessing
That look's realy realy nice!
Tried? Only thing missing is /weather rain.
Was that all done by hand??
Looks like mek sha from SWTOR
Just to be clear was this modelled in blender to look like minecraft or did you import a minecraft build in blender?
Send me this save
Amazing, would love a 4k version of this to use as a wallpaper!
Can you share the map of this? I want to be able to walk around this world!
until i read the title i had no clue this was even minecraft. sicc work
Reminds me of Coruscant from Star Wars
Wow this is insane
Blade Runner Blues intensifies
Nice man. I want to explore that place. Makes me excited for cyberpunk
DUUUUUDDE THIS IS SO EFFIN COOL
Can it be explored fully or is this just for looks?
Either way this is crazy awesome
Hey @OP any chance you could post a block list? I'd love to have a go with your awesome palette
Honestly really impressively well done
Yo...how tf. This is so dope. Huge fan of the crowded neon city aesthetic. Well done.
Is something wrong with you ?! Loved it
is it wrong if I think a giant neighborhood fortress of metal and concrete with 100 feet high walls is kinda comfy? I grew up in an inner city neighborhood and I kinda love being around megastructures
I had to look at it for a moment, and then zoom in, to realize that yes this is from Minecraft! It's amazing!
“Tried”... this is perfect <3
How the heck did you make that in Minecraft
Bruh this is the biggest fucking tease. Is it a just a display from one side or explorable? Please show us more!
but like.... how.... That's incredible
this is BY FAR the coolest thing i've seen done in minecraft. you literally made it look like a new game, and i wouldn't be surprised if you could pitch this as some legit concept art for a new game using the minecraft engine. nice fucking job
Holy shit dude! That looks amazing!
Pretty cool bro
Dude this is really amazing wth
what are you using that makes this focus effect? it makes stuff look so tiny.
How long did this take wow
hmmm.. we're playing different minecrafts.
Is this a digital art or actually from Minecraft?
Is that herbs or "herbs"
Upload More pics please
World download, PLEASE! This is amazing!
you didn't build this at all in minecraft, this looks like blender or some other 3d modeling program and not in-engine minecraft creation
Wtf, tried???? No man you outdid it the pic was loqding for a bit and i had my expectations, you went right trough the roof with that build. Just amazing! (Btw what sahders you using?)
Successfully bombing AA is extremely satisfying
This must be what the toilet bowl sees on a regular basis
I love how he tried to stop the bomb but at the last second, he just accepted his fate
Neeeee eeeee oooooooo oooooo BOOM
For the first time I'm disappointed it didn't fade to black then Skyrim.
This dude sucks with AA
What game is it? :)
How is the Pacific chapter ?
That game is so fun.
Damn that bomber moves fast.
Thanks AA guys for ruining my day
what game is this
Me after exams
Rest in peace pal
Does this game allow you to shoot down bombs with AA guns?
PSA: Battlefield V is currently on sale on PSN. Not sure elsewhere.
That was beautiful
Just landed it right in your lap. Kudos to that guy. That’s some badass aim.
That's one hell of a bomber right there.
What game is this? I would like to play it 😁
Here I am thinking he was about to write "send nudes"... oh how the internet has ruined me
I Just love it that he doesn't run away, he is like 'nah bro, Im already dead'
anti-air is so shit in this game
What game is this?
It ends rather abruptly. I kept waiting for skyrim.
AA is STILL useless in BFV and pilots have the nerve to whine about getting shot out of the air with the new assault gadget.
This deserves a perfectly cut scream
You cant shoot bombs in the air?
Even warthunder has that mechanic
Heroes & GeneralsOn a aa-gun shooting the plane that just flew over me: wait a second
To be continued
You just know this happened IRL too
Battlefront 1 or V?
that's very satisfying to see happen even though it resulted in player death
So I'm guessing AA doesn't have a director in this, because realism is only a tertiary consideration.
Fuckin love it
Me and the boys in dodgeball: Okay, one guy left, we got this!
The last guy:
You can just see the “Ohshit” as the bomb drops
U should’ve went to the frozen pizza store
Doesn't matter if he sucks or is a AA god, you will lose that fight 100% of the time. AA might as well not even exist it is so under powered against planes. This gif happens literally every match in BF5.
Get on AA, shoot at plane, plane turns direct at you facing a hail of AA that is doing obnoxiously low damage, and one shot bombs you.
BF5 is such a broken shit show. This has been an issue since launch and they are still completely incapable of tuning AA correctly.
I mean, its a flak gun its not like you were tryin to Tom Hanks the thing
I’m gonna be honest I totally forgot about this game I mean I loved the beta just never got around to playing it.
Hands off the mouse... Just enough time to type "GG".
Aa guns useless in this game
Yo why the fuck do I wanna do that so bad??
When these things happen wish I could hear from both players at same time
He shot that thing over 10 times wtf
When someone is talking shit and you decimate their existence with one comeback
The fuck, the fuck, the fuck is in the air?The fuck, the fu- oh shit its a bomb!
Would you say batlefield 1 is still worth buying, im concidering buying it.
Stolen from r/battlefieldv just so you know
I wonder if the aa gun player thought as the bomb was falling, "imma stay seated because this would be an amazing clip if it lands directly on me".
"How was that not a headshot?!"
Thats how the Japanese felt
After reading a couple comments, it's clear that I missed an opportunity.
My buddy tried something like this when we were in high school. Used Legos though. It was kind of neat.
To this day I don't know what temperature Legos melt at but I do know that a computer gets hot enough to melt them.
I wanted a portable PC , so I actually got my mate who does computers to take the screen from my partners broken laptop, cut a hole in the side of the case, and mount it in the PC, it was powered internally, the only thing was it had to plug into the rear DVI port, but it just went out the back of the computer, up, and into the port, so it wasn't a big deal
I find your lack of dust filter disturbing.
Nice, what components you have in there ?
How heavy is that bad boy?
Just wait a few years and you'll be able to get a rollable screen like the LG OLED TV R and do some crazy shit with that.
How much would you sell one for
Could you tell us the specs?
Back in the early 2000s I had a friend that bought one of the first flat panel monitors and simply mounted it to the side of his full tower and designed a circuit to steal power from the rails and convert it to what the monitor used (I don't remember the amperage, but it used 120v by 60hz). His tower already had a handle built in... Travelled from friends house to lan parties and competitions playing games like CS and unreal tournament.
this is cool and all, but why
I will have to report you to the FBI now anomalous entity containmentteams are on their way.
This is really amazing! Great job and very creative!
Okay, but how many teraflops does she have?
Did you use any kind of software? I’m trying to build a horizontal case for my bedroom where it has wheels and easy access to wires and hardware (sort of opens like a trunk to a car. I’ve looked around and there doesn’t seem to be any cases that fit my description around.
"portable" in heavy fucking quotations
I like it. Lots of attention to detail and fitment. And the attention to airflow is... better than a lot of mass manufactured cases. Any chance you'd be willing to toss up a measurement/cut list, or was it all done with tape measure and prayer?
I only see two things i'd change. The first and easiest and only if those spacers are driving you crazy. Instead of multiple nuts and etc, cut the right length of a aluminum or copper pipe and use that as a sleeve instead. Much less threading/unthreading as you swap out parts (not that you'll need to any time soon with that 1080). And, while it's an internal part, it would be a much cleaner look (the actual reason I'd do it).
Much more important, though, is the rough edges on some of your cuts that are rubbing on your wires. In the "all assembled and wiring" photo, there's several cables rubbing up against a cut chunk of aluminum. I don't know if that's still in contact, but if it is, as time goes on wear is a very serious risk in that location and other locations like it. Given that one of the cables running through your case appears to be a power supply shunt, that could literally fry your entire rig (and potentially you) if it got worn and shorted out.
A little sanding on that sharp edge would go a long way, and a coat of plasti-dip/tool dip on that surface would also not go amiss.
And I personally wouldn't do this (I don't give a toss about RBG) but there are after-market USB 2.0 boxes that can allow you to control RGB through software.
You should visit r/sffpc
Wow that's legit, good shit man.
I think the word you're looking for is "luggable". Like the original portable computers in the 80s, it's technically portable, but it's so goddamn heavy that you don't take it anywhere without a damn good reason.
Any computer can be portable if you try hard enough.
Vertical STRIX. Dope
This is awesome, nice design
This sounds like a laptop with extra steps.
Are these similar to laptops?
This is fantastic
I've actually been wanting to build something like this because I hate laptops
TELL ME YOU'RE SECRETS!!!!
So a laptop?
that sounds like a laptop with extra steps...
Portable because it's not nailed down?
That shit right there... is sick as fuck.
You're a legend
Sooo ... like a less portable laptop?
Only thing missing is a Large bottle of Advil, or a 6PK of brewski for 21+(in America at least)
Do you know how to cut Aluminium side panels
About 75lbs to carry it?
I'd also like to call out Norm from Tested u/notdagreatbrain - you're building a PC at the moment still right? I think you should actually build the case like I did. You're way more talented than I am - I'm sure you'd make something epic!
Looks like you could fit all the components in the back, what's in the display base??
i WiLl TaKe YoUr EnTiRe StOcK!!!!
My parents are divorced so I have to bring my pc from house to house every two weeks. I just use the box that the case came in
Does it not have wheels?
Doesn't even have handles....
Edit: nvm seems to something like that on top.
I'm just seeing a Snowblind case but with extra steps.
This is brilliant dude, it looks gorgeous, and the airflow looks impressive as well. Great job!
Should've built it into one of those flight cases. Then it would be truly portable
How heavy tho?
TAKE MY MONEY
How I need this
How do people do that?
This is sweet what do you do to need it so portable?
Take my money now! I’m usually a Mac computer, but this definitely have turned me a way! I’m not quite sure if this is even possible to get
I'd recommend to put some dust filters on the fans on the backside. They'll help you keep the inside cleaner and cooler
Laptops: that's why i am here
You know they invented laptops right?
Where’s that take my money gif when you need it?
Looks like a 65 inch screen (and pc) at first glance :D
Is that Doom?
Fuck I need to go back and finish that.
I. Want. You
Is your intake and outtake fans on the same side?
Lol this isn't portable it's just a tower in a case the same size as a normal tower and a monitor plugged into it. I mean you could have just put a handle on a tower and chieved the same thing for cheaper and less time....
Is the little area underneath the tv able to hold the keyboard and mouse because that would be awesome
I dont think it would be that hard if you knew a custom welder. Small frame, dependable monitor, have the skills to wire everything though a strong enough PSU that could supply all of it, wifi adapter..
Honestly, if you could make it where you find a strong enough battery source, and hook up a mifi back, you could make it truly portable, AND in a compact case.
"But gaming laptops have gpu's", eh,
I call it the SquareBox 360!
Thats legit, and I assume the case is reusable for future upgrades as well :)
how much? i'll pay for shipping too
"Portable" idk my itx build is probably smaller lol. Looks awesome bro
How is the airflow..?
I hate to be the guy that has to break it to you, but you need more fans.
this reminds me of the PS1 system i had as a kid that had an attached screen.
if something like this can be a high powered PC scaled down a bit more to be compact and lighter, im sure some people would buy something like that. LAN parties are still a thing .after all
I’m a simple man I see Doom I upvote
Why go to all this trouble when you could just... am I crazy but, buy a laptop?
Could have used this for Counter-Strike LAN parties back in the day. Nice work!
Stop starting with "So"
This gave me an idea to do this with a console, TV, and audio equipment cases... or I guess a PC, huge monitor, and equipment cases.
I built a stick figure with noodles
not quite sure, but I think this idea is old. Think there is somthing called "laptop" (correct me if I am wrong).
So, I guess someone has to ask, what is the internal power supply rated for, like, is it battery operated or is it just a plug type of setup, and if it is a battery, then how long does it last on a charge?
I'm looking into buying or building a PC for gaming, now that I work and have money. Ive just been using my parent's 2014 Macbook for strategy games, and so I'm excited to have a real gaming device.
However, I dont have home internet, and so I just realized that I'd finally have a PC but it would be like impossible to carry my PC, like I do with the laptop, and visit a cafe, library or wherever I go to use wifi for when I need to download or update a game on steam. So a "portable PC" like your creation here would be the perfect solution lol. Guess I'll have to learn how more about PCs and how to do build this!
1,000,000 IQ PEOPLE!
Osborne would be proud!
RIP AND TEAR UNTIL IT IS DONE
Can you post a tutorial or something about how to make this
Looks like a switch dock
That’s actually kind of gas ngl
It honestly looked like a modded Lian Li PC-O11WX but I was even more pleased to see it was custom built!
Woah, that’s very impressive. If someone asked you to make one of those for them, how much would you charge for just labor? Or would you even do it at all
That is pretty big to be portable enough for one guy to carry, and too big for most occasions, but I'm not hating. That thing is really cool.
Have fun getting that through TSA
Hey thas preyy neat
The massturd race wishes it was the Switch-Supreme
You know you could probably get the same power for gaming on the new mac laptop
What if I told you there’s a type of pc that can fit in your lap
That looks heavy as fuck
Honestly yes, let’s bring the one piece pc’s back
Is it small enough to be a carryon
Looks awesome. Are the fans sucking air in or pulling air from the case? Hope there's some extra ventilation behind the screen.
What material's did you use to build it?
Wow this looks almost exactly like my old roomies case. Did you have a reference for this build?
You know they make laptops which is essentially the same thing.... you know, just more convenient, lighter. Smaller. Etc..
just get a gaming laptop
Here is my latest build. I managed to mount a LG ultra-wide 49" to my system. Took about 2 weeks. Works like a charm.
I’ll take your entire stock please without warranty
Hey we have the same monitor! Nice!
This is awesome I love the design
holy shit patent this contraption
How is this portable?
ah, good sir..I believe what you seek is called a "Laptop Computer". Very handy devices. Seriously though, this is really cool and looks like a ton of work, very cool!
That's pretty impressive consideing how small that stuff is. Do you have just laptop cards in your pci slots or is the space management that good?
Edit: Can't even imagine how you fit the power supply in there.
And I don't have a gaming pc
Not so much portable as all in one, if the mouse and keyboard slide out of the bottom and are hardwired that is
So, you build a laptop ?
i always wanted to try to build a portable case woth plywood. problem thou i have no skill to cut but i know where to by the plywood and i think around the house we got a hammer
Nice. I think you shpuld call it the laptop 2.0
Please tell me there’s something that folds down over the screen to make some kind of briefcase design
That looks very well done. All I would add is a lid and a cover for the fans so you could take it everywhere like a briefcase
They called me a madman
For a project in a competition, in highschool my brother build a briefcase computer . My dad built the box out of wood. it had the monitor on the top and had the full motherboard and rest of the components in the bottom with keyboard and mouse that you could pull out into the table. It was pretty cool he won reginal and state and made I think 2nd or 3rd Nationals.
lol this is awesome
Reminds me of the Gateway “Profile” series PCs
You deserve an award.
You mean a laptop? I’m pretty sure someone already has a patent on that... I would delete this post before you get sued.
aren't all pc's "portable" ?
Excellent game choice
If only there were a portable computer that ran off a battery, something that could fit in your bag and that you could place on your lap to play games.🤔🤔🤔🤔
Looks brilliant, does it close to protect the screen somehow? Are there carrying handles? I'd love to build something similar, not because I need one, but simply because it sounds fun.
