Congrats! That detail work on the trees is amazing!!

My wife and I did something very similar with our nursery but I neither one of us has the skills or the patience to put that kind of detail work so we just kind of used rough bristled brushes for the detail and shading on the trees.

    I absolutely love this!

Don't listen to others saying it's creepy -- It's unique, and it adds an amazing calmness to the space. Well done, you!

Nice but I bet she will feel a little creepy after she reads Little Red Riding Hood. It looks really nice. Did you use tape or something to make sure you didn't mess up.?

Really beautiful. Don't listen to the weirdos that think it's creepy. Creepy would be if you painted a Cheshire Cat in invisible red glow-in-the-dark paint, so that you only see him when the lights are off. Sweet dreams! :)

What is going on in this thread? Most of the comments are downvoted to zero, specially the positive ones. Give the woman a break, she made an awesome nursery for her new son, why all the negativity?

I love the paingting and the wall but came to point out this did not take you 7 months.

I'm 7 months pregnant and finally finished painting my son's woodland nursery by hand.

Wording might be awkward and anyone who might want to hire you in the future should realize this probably took a few days at best if you weren't pregnant...
